We will do the following:

  • Help you determine what your home is worth.
  • Market your home in the following manner: on the internet, on our website, post a “For Sale” sign, direct mailing and hold Open Houses. If anyone with our company finds the buyer, then we will only charge a 3.5% total commission.
  • Place your home in the Multiple Listing Services.
  • Prepare all the paperwork needed to sell your home, including the purchase agreement, provide a net sheet and explain all the cost, help with executing the escrow documents and providing all the required disclosures.
  • We will also coordinate the Escrow Co, the Title Co., the Lender, the Appraiser, the Termite Co., all required inspections with follow through until close of escrow.
  • Commission is slightly higher on Income Property and Land.

For Sale By Owner Assist Services

For 1.5% of the sales price (paid only if escrow closes), with a minimum of $5,000, we will do the following when you find a buyer:

  • Pre-qualify the buyer and make sure they are financially qualified to purchase your home and help them obtain a loan if necessary
  • Prepare all the paperwork needed to sell your home, including the purchase agreement, provide a net sheet and explain all the cost, help with executing the escrow documents and providing all the required disclosures.
  • We will also coordinate the Escrow Co, the Title Co., the Lender, the Appraiser, the Termite Co., all required inspections with follow through until close of escrow.
